NOVOAIR, the leading private airline of the country steps into 8th year after completing the 7th years'; successful journey. On January 9, 2013, NOVOAIR started its flight operations between Dhaka and Chattogram.

NOVOAIR has announced 12% discount on fare for their “SMILES” member on the occasion of 7th anniversary. Passengers can enjoy this offer to purchase the ticket from NOVOAIR sales counters. NOVOAIR introduced the “SMILES” frequent flyer program in 2013 for its passengers on special reward for the first time in Bangladesh.
Following footsteps of NOVOAIR other airlines including Biman introduced the frequent flyer program. From 2013 to 2019, NOVOAIR operated more than 61 thousand flights and carried over 33 lac passengers.

Currently, NOVOAIR operates daily flights from Dhaka to Chattogram, Cox's Bazar, Jashore, Sylhet, Saidpur, Rajshahi, Barishal and Kolkata.
