The number of patients infected with coronavirus in the world has exceeded 5 crore.

According to the latest data from the website World Meter, which works with statistics, the number of patients diagnosed with corona in the world is 5 crore 53 lakh 31 thousand 84 people by 6 am Bangladesh time on Tuesday (November 17).

According to the World Meter, a total of 13 lakh 31 thousand 650 people died in Corona in the world at the same time. So far, the number of people in the world who have recovered from Corona is 3 crore 84 lakh 64 thousand 360 people.

The United States is the most affected country in the world. The number of patients diagnosed with corona in the United States is 1 crore 15 lakh 33 thousand 105 people. 2 lakh 52 thousand 630 people have died in Corona in the country.

India ranks second in the list of affected countries. The number of patients diagnosed with corona in India is 88 lakh 73 thousand 990. 1 lakh 30 thousand 552 people have died in Corona in the country.

Brazil is in third place. The number of patients diagnosed with corona in Brazil is 58 lakh 76 thousand 640 people. 1 lakh 7 thousand 6 people have died in Corona in the country.

France ranks fourth on the list. Russia is fifth. Spain is sixth. The United Kingdom is seventh. Argentina is eighth, Colombia ninth, Italy tenth, Bangladesh ranks 24th in the list.

The first coronavirus patient was detected in Wuhan, China in December last year. The first case of corona disease in China was reported on January 9 this year. However, the announcement came on 11 January.

On January 13 this year, the first corona patient was identified outside of China in Thailand. Later corona spread to different countries.
