The World Health Organization (WHO) said more effective results can be obtained if people are vaccinated against the virus through encouraging them rather than being forced to do so.

WHO said in a statement on Monday (December 7).

The World Health Organization (WHO) said it will depend on which country conducts the vaccination program to prevent coronavirus. But if vaccination is made compulsory, it will be a wrong decision.

Kate O'Brien, head of the organization's immunization program, said: "We're not saying the guidelines are just for administering these vaccines. People should be encouraged to get vaccinated without making it compulsory. At the same time, the vaccination program needs to be simplified. Then the effective results of this initiative can be found.

The World Health Organization believes that common people will be vaccinated voluntarily to fight the pandemic.

When the WHO expressed this view, several countries around the world have come a long way with vaccination programs. Russia has already begun applying its own corona vaccine, Sputnik-5. The United Kingdom is set to introduce Pfizer-BioNtech corona vaccine from Tuesday (December 8). Besides, India, United States and Bahrain are waiting for the approval of the vaccine.
