The vaccine, developed by the country's pharmaceutical company Pfizer and their German partner BioNtech, has gone one step further in the United States, a report said on Tuesday. The country's Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has confirmed the safety and effectiveness of the vaccines.
The FDA said the Pfizer-BioNtech vaccine is highly effective in preventing corona. There are no security issues with this application. The agency added that the quality and data of the vaccine have been reviewed in the most detailed and independent manner to ensure its safety. It is time to approve the use of the vaccine. The FDA's advisory council is scheduled to meet next Thursday (December 10) to approve the vaccine. Earlier, the FDA announced its assessment of Pfizer's vaccine.
Meanwhile, researchers in the Lancet Medical Journal have confirmed that the corona vaccine, developed by British pharmaceutical companies AstraZeneca and Oxford University, is "safe and effective" though most of the vaccine studies involved volunteers under the age of 55.
