The Biden era is beginning in America with many challenges. He will take office on Wednesday (Thursday in Bangladesh) from the day he is sworn in as president. And that new American leader will have to go through various complexities and challenges.

It is expected that there is big challenge in front of him inside the country, which has overwhelmed America. He must also pay special attention to preventing corona-caused unemployment, recession and financial catastrophe.

The Biden administration will also lead to a peaceful transition to the political crisis, distance and tensions within the United States. In the US state system, which is governed by the principle of balance of power, it must also establish friendly relations with the legislature (Senate and Representative). In fact, he has to focus on building a relationship of trust and confidence with everyone.

At various times, Biden has supported multilateral issues and promised to restore important political, security and trade alliances. As a result, analysts believe that he will follow a positive and friendly policy towards various international agreements and organizations.

He also has to deal with the crises that President Trump has created at home and abroad. Trump withdrew the United States from many multilateral agreements. The Paris Climate Agreement, the Trans-Pacific Partnership and the Iran Nuclear Agreement were among them. Experts say Trump's foreign policy was much like that of former President Richard Nixon. One thing was identical between these two leaders. That is, they thought their country could not be someone else's friend.

Biden will probably avoid that path of Trump. Joe Biden is expected to strengthen ties with leaders in many countries, including Asia, the Middle East and Western Europe. In particular, he will deepen relations with German Chancellor Angela Merkel. Biden had a close relationship with Merkel when he was vice- president. But under Trump, US relations with Merkel became bitter. Trump was full of praise for Boris Johnson for withdrawing Britain from the European Union. Biden may not appreciate the British leader so much.

Meanwhile, Joe Biden is appointing veteran diplomats to the key positions in his administration. In this case, he did not delay. He has nominated a man to negotiate a nuclear deal with Iran, who will be the US Deputy Secretary of State. Joe Biden has also vowed to crack down on human rights abuses.

He has hinted at taking action against Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Brazil's far-right President Jair Bolsnaro and Egypt's military president Abdel Fattah al-Sisi. President Trump had a close relationship with all of them.

However, there is no reason to believe that all of Biden's actions will be smooth. Not all Republicans will support this Democratic president at all times. Moreover, Trump's secret supporters will not hesitate to put him in danger if he finds himself in a quandary. As a result, Biden will have to face multidimensional challenges in Peru in the days ahead.
