Despite blaming Ukraine for the attack on the Moscow concert hall, the international terrorist organization Islamic State (IS) has released a new video. The terrorist organization has been accepting responsibility for the attack on the concert hall since the beginning. They have made a statement about this before.

Reuters reported that the attack was carried out at Crocus City Hall in the Krasnogorsk region, north of Moscow, last Friday (March 22). At least 143 people have been killed so far. After the attack, IS said, "This attack was carried out in the context of the ongoing war with them (anti-Islamic) countries."

Meanwhile, the United States also said that IS was involved in the attack.

IS released the new video on the organization's media outlet 'Amaq'. In that video, it is seen that the assailants are firing indiscriminately on the people participating in the music program at the Crocus City Hall. Many are lying on the floor. At one point a gunman is heard saying, 'Kill them, show them no mercy.'

Russian intelligence said 11 suspects were arrested on the Ukrainian border after Friday's attack. Four of them are believed to be directly involved in the murder.

Russian Central Intelligence Agency FSB official Andrey Popov believes that Ukraine is behind this attack not IS. And it was financed by the United States.

Russian President Vladimir Putin had similar comments. Without commenting on IS, he said, "Kiev government has created an opportunity for terrorists to cross the border of Ukraine and enter Russia."

However, Ukraine has rejected these accusations of Russia. Kiev claims, through this, Moscow wants to create an area to further increase the level of ongoing war in the country.

Meanwhile, in a statement, US National Security Council spokesperson Adrienne Watson said that they have received intelligence that only IS is behind the attack in Moscow and that Ukraine has nothing to do with the attack.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova spoke strongly to Washington after such a claim by the United States.

On Sunday (March 24), she wrote on the Telegram app, 'I had hoped that they (the United States) would solve the mystery of the assassination of their President John F. Kennedy very quickly. But no, more than 60 years have passed; they have not finally found the killer. Or was IS involved in that murder?
