Two warships of USA and Russia escaped head on collision on the night of Friday(June7) in the east of China in the Pacific where the two ships came very close to collision during exercise.
In the two reports published in one report it has been mentioned that at one stage the two war ships coming from opposite direction had only 50 feet distance. In another dispatch the distance was mentioned as 165 feet.
In the reports it has been mentioned that when the two ships came very closer they tactfully changed their directions.
International media CNN has published a video of the incident. They said that the video was captured from an American ship. The two ships came so closer that the Russian sailors were seen taking sun bath on their ship. The spokes man of the US navy CM Cleton Dos has confirmed the incident.
However both the parties have accused each other for the incident.
On behalf of USA it has been told that the incident will be protested formally for such a risky and unprofessional naval exercise.
US acting secretary of defense Patric Shanahan outside of the Pentagon told the journalists that we will talk with the Russian Military department. We must hold political trial of this incident. However it will not disturb our on going program.
