Italy is coming back to normal with increased number of recovery

Italy is returning to normalcy after a long lockdown due to corona crisis. The lockdown in the country was eased on Monday (May 4) as the spread of the coronavirus pandemic continued to decline.

On Wednesday (May 6), 8,014 corona patients recovered in the country on the third day of the relaxing of the lockdown. This is the highest number of recoveries from corona in one day after corona broke out there. The number of healthy people in the country is now 93,245.

According to the Italian Civil Protection Agency, 369 people died and 1,444 were infected on Wednesday. The total death toll is now 29,684. And 2 lakh 14 thousand 457 people were affected so far.

Meanwhile, about 40 lakh people in the country have returned to work since Monday, the first day of easing the lockdown. Offices, courts, manufacturing industry, construction and wholesale shops, restaurants, stationery, bookstores, children's clothing stores, computer and paper making shops opened.

Italian citizens are now allowed to visit relatives’ houses. However, they will be able to roam in the same area, not allowed to travel far. The parks have been opened.

Meanwhile, experts have advised Italy to lock down again if the infection increases in the next two weeks.
