Five vaccines capable of fighting corona are in clinical trials in China. Of these five, one is a vector and four are inactive.

The vaccines are in the first two stages of a clinical trial, a senior Chinese scientist said Friday (May 15). The second phase test did not show any adverse effects among the vaccine recipients. He expressed optimism that the vaccines were ready to complete their second phase of trials in July.

Zhenog Yixin, deputy director of the country's National Health Commission, said in a press briefing that clinical trials of the vaccine have so far proceeded smoothly without any hindrance.
He added that some vaccine recipients have participated in the first and second clinical trials simultaneously. It is then considered for emergency approval by the National Medical Products Administration.

So far, five vaccines have been administered to 2,575 volunteers. Of these, 539 are volunteers for the first stage examination. We have received preliminary data from the first step tests on vaccines. Vaccines are capable of producing protective antibodies.

In the second phase of the trial, 2,036 volunteers were enrolled. The trials are aimed at making the vaccines safer and more evaluative of their potency. Some volunteers are now taking multiple doses. Relevant research is also underway.

Experiments so far have found no major impacts on volunteers. If all goes according to plan, these projects will be able to complete the second phase trial by July.

Apart from this, the effectiveness of other types of vaccines is also being evaluated in China. Someone is doing research to increase its effectiveness. Because creating a vaccine is a technique and a scientific discovery. He also mentioned that some more vaccines may be approved in June for clinical trials.

The second phase of the Recombinant Adenovirus vector-based vaccine, invented by the People's Liberation Army Academy of Military Medical Sciences and the Chinese company Cancino Bio, began on April 12. The vector vaccine is safe and capable of eradicating many diseases at once. The vaccine is able to prevent coronavirus proteins and producing the body's immunity home. It has no side effects.

Of the other four inactivated vaccines, two were developed by China's National Biotech Group Co., Ltd., one by Sinovac Research and Development Co. Ltd., and the other by another vaccine company, which did not name them.

Inactivated vaccines are essentially capable of fighting certain types of germs. It is able to develop immunity against the virus.

Using a kill version that triggers an immune response causes this to be tried and the true method is incredibly safe because dead germs cannot cause illness. Such a vaccine is capable of killing germs. As a result, it cannot regenerate in the body.

The quality of inactivated vaccines is reliable. The vaccine is guaranteed in terms of efficacy and safety, said Wu Yuanbin, director of the Social Development Bureau at China's Ministry of Science and Technology.
