Bangladesh reported 39 more deaths from coronavirus (Covid-19) infection in the last 24 hours raising the death toll to 3306 staidness the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
Besides, 2977 tested positive for coronavirus in the last 24 hours raising the total number of coronavirus cases in the country to 249651.
A high official of DGHS, came up with the information in an online regular health bulletin about the latest corona situation in the country on Thursday (6.8.20).
In the last 24 hours, 83 coronavirus testing laboratories across the country tested 12708 samples. So far 1225124 samples were tested, Dr. Nasima Sultana added.
In last 24 hours 2074 patients have recovered making total recovery of 143824 Covid patients.
Bangladesh reported its first croronaviurs case on March 8 while first death on March 18.
