Health Minister Zahid Malek has said that due to the global corona pandemic, the economic growth of developed countries including the United States and India has slowed down and the economy has collapsed. He was speaking at the inauguration function of the administrative building, dormitory and mural of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at Government Devendra College, Manikganj on Saturday (August 29).
The Health Minister said Bangladesh has succeeded in tackling the corona crisis. It has been praised in the global level. He said many people have unknowingly criticized the role of the health department.
Zahid Malek said that wearing a mask reduces the risk of coronavirus. That is why he urged everyone to use masks.
