Bangabandhu's grandson Radwan Mujib Siddique will unveil the cover of the magazine at a virtual event on Sunday (September 20) at 7 pm. He is the editor-in-chief of this magazine.

After the war of liberation, Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman formulated various policies and set specific goals for the newly independent country to take a affected country out of poverty and on the path of continuous transition. The 'White Board' will present Bangabandhu's policy-goals and future course of action in a new way for future policy makers on the way to building a developed and prosperous country.

In CRI's words, the magazine will be a beacon for future policymakers. A statement from the publishers said, ‘The way in which Bangabandhu formulated his future course of action for Bangladesh has been detailed in this magazine.’ Today's policy makers will be able to set their own goals by following it.

CRI took the initiative to publish this magazine on the occasion of Bangabandhu's birth centenary in March at the beginning of Mujib's year. But it was delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The first issue of the Whiteboard will reveal many secrets about the role of the administration during the assassination of Bangabandhu in 1975. At the same time, Bangabandhu's wartime leadership, his fiery speeches, various sources of his policy formulation will be discussed in the writings of analysts.

Today's youth are seeing various developments. But they do not know where are the sources of this development is. In this magazine, Bangabandhu's vision of development will become a reality in front of them.

Radwan Mujib Siddique, economist Rehman Sobhan, analyst-journalist Syed Badrul Ahsan, former foreign minister Abul Hassan Mahmud Ali and Julian Francis, a friend of Bangladesh in 1971, wrote the foreword to the first issue of the Whiteboard.

Earlier, CRI published a graphic novel 'Mujib' about various chapters of Bangabandhu's life. The story of Kishore Mujib becoming a leader is depicted there through comic characters.
