Twenty one people died from deadly virus corona while 1383 people were detected with the virus in the last 24 hours across the country.
This information was divulged to the media on Friday (September 25) by DGHS through a press release.
According to a press release, the latest deaths and cases of infection have brought the toll to 5093 and 356767 respectively.
The release said that during the time 12473 samples were tested at 94 laboratories across the country making the total test of 1888010 samples. 1932 people have recovered bringing the recovery figure to 267024 so far.
The first case of corona infection was detected in Bangladesh on last March 8 while the first death occurred on March 18.
