A milad mahfil was organized by the Faridpur district administration on the occasion of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's 74th birthday. The mahfil was held at 5 pm on Monday (Sept. 28) in the conference room of the deputy commissioner.
Atul Sarkar, Deputy Commissioner, Faridpur, highlighted the achievements of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and the development of the country by paying due respect to the great leader of liberation, Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
Deputy Director of Local Government Md. Moniruzzaman, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Gen) Roksana Rahman, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) Md. Aslam Mollah, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Education and ICT) Mohammad Saiful Kabir, Additional District Magistrate Dipak Kumar Roy were present.
Officers and employees of all levels of the district administration were also present.
Hafeez Maulana Abul Kalam Azad conducted the milad mahfil.
Tabarak was distributed at the end of the mahfil. Besides, cakes were cut and distributed among all present.
