RAB Executive Magistrate Sarwar Alam has been transferred as Senior Assistant Secretary in the Ministry of Expatriate Welfare and Overseas Employment.
This information was given in a press release signed by the Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration Alia Meher on Monday (November 9).
Sarwar Alam confirmed the matter to Barta24.com.
He said, "I seek the blessings of the people of the country to fulfill the new responsibilities entrusted to me."
It may be mentioned that Sarwar Alam joined the administration through the 26th BCS. He has been working as an Executive Magistrate at the RAB headquarters since 2015. He played a courageous role in the anti-corruption campaign. Sarwar Alam also conducted mobile courts against various irregularities and frauds at different times.
