State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shahriyar Alam has contracted coronavirus.
State Minister for Information and Communication Technology Junaid Ahmed Palak reported on his Facebook page on Friday (November 13) that a colleague has been attacked.
He said Shahriyar Alam, a Member of Parliament from Rajshahi-6 (Bagha-Charghat) constituency, has contracted the coronavirus.
The state minister for ICT wants blessings of the people for his recovery.
Meanwhile, an official of the Ministry of External Affairs told the media that the result of the test obtained by the Minister of State on Thursday was positive. He is receiving treatment at home.
On November 7, the State Minister said on his verified Facebook that the report of everyone including me at home in the Corona test was negative. Earlier in May, four people, including the cook of Shahriyar Alam's house, were infected with the coronavirus. At that time, the State Minister got a negative result in the corona test.
