Millions of Rohingyas were expelled from Myanmar the country's most powerful military force backed by political patronage. The Rohingyas, who have taken shelters as refugees in different countries of the world, including Bangladesh, are initially overjoyed at the news of Aung San Suu Kyi's ouster and detention. However, they are also concerned about their repatriation due to the new military rule because the Myanmar army has taken a stand against the Rohingyas from the very beginning. There are also allegations of Rohingya genocide on the forehead of the Myanmar Army.

Myanmar's military has seized power after detaining Aung San Suu Kyi on the morning of February 1. Army authorities have also declared a state of emergency to control the the entire country. There are mass arrests going on. The international community has expressed concern and condemned the military coup.

The news of the military coup and the arrest of Aung San Suu Kyi in Myanmar sent shockwaves through the Rohingya community. According to various media reports, the Rohingyas sheltered in Bangladesh are very happy with Suu Kyi's arrest. Even from noon on Monday (February 1), there have been joyous processions in various parts of the Rohingya refugee camp in Ukhia-Teknaf, Cox's Bazaar, and the Rohingyas have sweetened themselves.

According to Rohingya leader Hamid Hossain, Aung San Suu Kyi was captured by the army on Monday morning. Most of the Rohingyas in the camp kept an eye on the Rohingya and Myanmar-based media. Around noon, when news of Aung San Suu Kyi's capture and the army's takeover was confirmed, they burst into cheers. In many places of the camp, sweets were distributed in isolation.

According to Hamid Hossain and general Rohingyas, Aung San Suu Kyi has caused the Rohingya to be massacred and deported from Myanmar. But at one time the Rohingyas thought that their fate would change when Suu Kyi came to power. Civil rights will be ensured.

But in reality the opposite has happened. Suu Kyi, on the other hand, has supported the army's hellish activities in killing the Rohingya. She turned her face away from the oppressed Rohingyas. Suu Kyi did not have the slightest support or sympathy for the rights of the Rohingya. As a result, the Rohingyas were naturally happy with the fall of Suu Kyi.

But will this happiness of the Rohingyas at all lead to any improvement in their refugee and ‘stateless’ status? Or will the seizure of power by the anti-Rohingya Myanmar army further destabilize the Rohingya? These are the questions that are now being pondered by experts and analysts.

There is no reason to believe that the Myanmar army will suddenly withdraw from its traditional anti-Rohingya stance. The Army will continue the process of eradicating the Rohingya in the interest of representing the interests of the nation, religion and sect.

Some, on the other hand, feel that the army will not further weaken its position by engaging in genocide in violation of human rights, as it is weak on the question of legitimacy due to illegal occupation of power. For now, they will be flexible about the Rohingya to create a 'good image'.

It will soon be clear which way the Myanmar army will take on the Rohingya issue inside and outside the country. However, there have been signs of delays, delays and delays in the repatriation of Rohingya refugees. According to the report, the meeting of the joint working committee between Bangladesh and Myanmar on February 4 with the mediation of China on the Rohingya issue has become uncertain.

As a result, the Rohingya refugees have not yet come to terms with the situation in Myanmar, despite the fact that the military has seized power and detained Suu Kyi. On the contrary, it is a matter of grave concern whether the overall plight of the Rohingya people under military rule will escalate to the level of a 'boiling pot to a burning oven'.
