UP member of Ward no. 5 of Harishankarpur Union Parishad of Jhenaidah Sadar Md. Ashraful Islam has embarked on an exceptional publicity to spread the ideals and spirit of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman from generation to generation.
He is preaching this throughout in the month of March every year to spread the light of Bangabandhu among the students with special respect to the Father of the Nation. This year, on the occasion of Mujib's centenary, he has taken a more comprehensive campaign.
Although he started from March 1 every year, this year he started his campaign from Mujibnagar in Meherpur on February 28. Now he is staying in Rajbari. Today, after visiting Rajbari all day, he will leave for Manikganj via Daulatdia-Paturia Ghat in the afternoon. And his special campaign about Bangabandhu will end on March 26 by going to Dhanmondi No. 32 in Dhaka.
In the meantime, he has visited about 15 districts including Jashore, Meherpur, Chuadanga, Kushtia, Magura, Narail, Faridpur, Rajbari, Ashraful Islam told Barta24.com.
However, he lamented that all the students who were more enthusiastic and happy with his campaign are being deprived this time due to the closure of educational institutions for Corona.
Hundreds of curious people are flocking to his boat to catch a glimpse of this exceptional campaign. Many are again photographing themselves as witnesses of history. Someone is busy taking selfies again. Many also commented that such publicity about Bangabandhu is an exception. At that time many people applauded Ashraful Islam.

There is nothing we can do for the man who gave his life for the country and the people of the country. Basically, I campaigned in different parts of the country throughout the month of March to spread Bangabandhu's ideology and spirits among the next generation. Bangabandhu is seen in a beautiful boat with a motorcycle in a special way with Bangabandhu's historic speech on March 7 style. The boat is decorated with pictures of Sheikh family members and seven Birshrestha freedom fighters. There is a red-green flag in front of the boat attached with the Mujib centenary logo.
