Son left for Sher-e-Bangla Medical College (Shebachim) Hospital on a motorcycle with an oxygen cylinder on his back to save his corona positive mother's sudden increase in breathing difficulties. Ziaul Hasan, an officer of Krishi Bank branch in Jhalokati, admitted Rehana Parveen, 56, an assistant teacher of Nalciti Port Government Primary School, to the corona unit of Shebachim Hospital.

On Saturday (April 18) evening, a picture of a mother riding a motorcycle with an oxygen cylinder tied to her son's back went viral on the internet.

Rehana Parveen suddenly became short of breath while sitting at home on Saturday afternoon. With no vehicle or ambulance available due to the lockdown, the boy decided to tie an oxygen cylinder on his back and leave for the hospital on a motorbike to save his mother at the risk of her life.

Rehana Parveen, who was admitted to Barisal Sher-e-Bangla Medical College Hospital, was admitted to Corona Unit. Naeem Hossain, son of Rehena Parveen's sister, confirmed the admission to the hospital's Corona unit on Saturday night.

Mentioned, a few days ago her body showed symptoms of coronavirus. When the samples were taken to Nalchiti Upazila Health Complex for testing, they collected samples but no report was received within a week. As a result, re-samples were given at Sher-e-Bangla Medical College Hospital Rehana tested positive there.
