Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader has said the government is thinking to launch public transport in consideration of people's sufferings and ahead of eid.
He urged the transport workers to be patient and not to go on strike on the issue.
Obaidul Quader made the urge while briefing journalists from his official residence in the capital on Saturday (May 1).
He said the government has relaxed ongoing strict lockdown for the greater interest of the low-income people ahead of eid specially who work at shops and shopping malls.
