BNP chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia has tested negative for Coronavirus for the third time on Thursday (May 6) morning.
The former prime minister tested positive for Coronavirus on April 10. She had taken treatment under the supervision of her personal physicians, led by respiratory medicine expert Prof Dr FM Siddiqui.
Later, on April 27, she was admitted to Evercare Hospital and a 10-member medical board was formed led by Professor Dr. Shahabuddin Talukdar.
On May 3, she was shifted to the CCU of Evercare Hospital as she is having breathing problems.
Now BNP and Khaleda Zia's family members want her to be sent abroad for better treatment as her physical condition has deteriorated, said her personal doctor.
Khaleda Zia was used to taking treatment in London and Singapore.
