It has been reported that no decision was taken by the party regarding the advanced treatment of Khaleda Zia. The whole process is being supervised by Tareq Rahman and his family members staying in London.
According to party sources, the situation in London is a bit different for the ongoing Corona situation. In this case, permission of the country's health department will be required to take Khaleda Zia there for treatment. Moreover, there are some more complications.
It is learned that Khaleda Zia will be taken to London via Singapore on a chartered plane accompanied by her personal medical team and family members. An ambulance has been kept ready to transport her from the hospital to the airport.
Earlier on Wednesday (May 5) at around 8:30 pm Khaleda Zia's younger brother Shamim Iskander went to the Home Minister's house in Dhanmondi with Khaleda Zia's application for treatment abroad. After receiving the written application, it was sent to the Secretary of the Law and Justice Department of the Ministry of Law for comment at night.
On whether there is any legal complication in Khaleda Zia's going abroad, the law Secretary said, it is up to the minister to say, Mr. Shamim Iskander has applied to go abroad, it is in the report. I am taking the files to the minister.

On April 10, Khaleda Zia's corona was detected. From then on, her treatment started at his home 'Firoza' in Gulshan under the guidance of her personal physician Professor FM Siddiqui. After 14 days, Khaleda Zia's corona test was conducted for the second time but the result was positive. She was admitted to Evercare Hospital in the capital on April 27. Later, a 10 member medical team was formed led by Professor Dr. Shahabuddin Talukdar for Khaleda Zia’s treatment.
