Thailand has imposed a travel ban on tourists from three countries, including Bangladesh to prevent coronavirus infection. Bangkok made the decision after identifying the Indian type of corona in Thailand.
The Bangkok Post reported on Monday (May 10).
The other two countries are Pakistan and Nepal. No national or international flights will be allowed to enter the country from these countries during the embargo.
Thai Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Tani Sanret said any new visa approval from Thai embassies in Bangladesh, Nepal and Pakistan, except for Thai nationals, has been suspended from now on. The suspension will remain in force until further order.
