After the outgoing fiscal year, per capita income has increased to US $2,227.
The previous per capita income was US $ 2064 which means US $ 163 has increased at intervals of one year.
Planning Minister M.A Mannan placed the statistics in the virtual Cabinet meeting held with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the chair on Monday (May 17).
Cabinet Secretary Khandker Anwarul Islam briefed the information to reporters.
