Awami League Joint General Secretary and Information and Broadcasting Minister Dr. Hasan Mahmud has said Pakistan should seek apology for its genocide on Banglaless in 1971.
He said this at a commemoration meeting of cultural personality and freedom fighter Sarah Begum Kabari organized by Bangabandhu Sangskritik Jote at Jatiya Press Club on Tuesday (May 25).
Dr Hasan Mahmud said, “We want Pakistan should seek apology to us. On the other hand, Dr Zafrullah Chowdhury wants to forgive Pakistan. This remark is totally BNP’s stance on the Pakistan issue.”
Slamming this comment by Zafrulla Chowdhury Hasan Mahmud said Pakistan should seek apology to Bangladesh for its barbaric behavior in the year of 1971.
He also said all have to face the dire situation of coronavirus. There is no chance to show reluctance in maintaining hygiene rules to keep safe from coronavirus, he added.
