Information and Broadcasting Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud attended the 26th Founding Anniversary of Dhaka Reporters unity at the capital's Segunbagicha.
The minister said the government has helped journalists during the corona pandemic which is absent in other countries.
He said the country has graduated to the least developed country by the strong leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
Fisheries and Livestock Minister S.M Rezaul Karim, Deputy Minister for Water Resources Enamul Haque Shamim, Awami League Relief and Social Welfare Secretary Sujit Roy Nandi, senior journalist Ikbal Sobhan Chowdhury, Manzurul Ahsan Bulbul, Siful Alam, Jatiya Press Club Secretary Farida Yeasmin, Dhaka Reporters Unity President Mursalin Nomani, General Secretary Mashiur Rahman Khan and Dhaka Union of Journalists President Kuddus Afrad spoke among others.
