Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader has said many developed countries are struggling economically due to worldwide slowdown of production system and economic growth amid covid pandemic.
In this situation Bangladesh's economic growth and balanced system initiated by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has been praised worldwide.
He said this while distributing party membership form organized by Dhaka South City Unit Awami League At Bangabandhu Avenue on Tuesday (June 15) morning.
Obaidul Quader joined the program virtually from his official residence in the capital.
The Awami League General Secretary said all have to be united to carry forward the journey of development of the country led by Sheikh Hasina.
Giving consent to the statement of Mirza Fakhrul Islam about two birthday of a person, Obaidul Quader said it is not a good thing that one person should have five separate birthdays.
Dhaka South City Unit Awami League President Abu Ahmed Monnafi presided over the program while Awami Presidium Member Dr Abdur Razzak, Joint General Secretary Dr Dipu Moni, Organizing Secretary Mirza Azam And Dhaka South City Unit Awami League General Secretary Mohammad Humayun Kabir were present among others.
