The country is becoming normal from Thursday after the ongoing restrictions on coronavirus infection were relaxed. From today, buses and trains will run in full force all over the country. However, the government has decided to open limited tourist and recreation centers. However, educational institutions are still closed. Similarly all kinds of political meetings and rallies will be closed. Health experts said that even if the strict rules are relaxed, the health rules must be strictly followed.

In a circular signed by Rezaul Islam, deputy secretary of the cabinet division, on August 12, it was decided to open almost everything except educational institutions and political rallies. In most cases, it is decided to make it almost normal by following the hygiene rules, but in some cases, conditions are imposed.

Thinking of livelihood and economy, the government has given the opportunity to open tourist spots from today. Observing the health rules, tourist centers, resorts, community centers and recreation centers will be able to operate using 50 per cent of the seats. In case of negligence in compliance of hygiene rules in any organization, the concerned authorities will take responsibility and legal action will be taken against them.

All buses in inter-district and city corporation areas will be able to run on the road from today. Although all the launches were normal before, the passenger pressure on the launch was relatively low. Besides, Bangladesh Railway is going to introduce inter-city and commuter train communication. 50 pairs of inter-city and 44 pairs of commuter trains will run. Half of these trains will be available at the ticket counter and the other half will be available online. However, in order to deal with the pandemic, strict hygiene rules have to be followed on the train.
