So far, a total of 72 cases have been filed in different districts of the country for attacking the puja mandaps and houses of the minority Hindu community.
Some 450 people were arrested for their alleged involved in the attacking incidents.
The police headquarters said in a statement on Wednesday (October 20).
The statement said, in addition, more cases are being filed and the operation to arrest the culprits will continue.
According to the police headquarters, specialized units of the police along with the police have been involved in unraveling the mystery of the attack on the Hindu community.
It added that technology-driven investigations are underway to unravel the mystery of the incident or crime.
Cyber monitoring has been intensified to curb rumors and incitement through social media, it added.
