Industries Minister Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun handed over the GI certificates of three products to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
The meeting was held at the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the chair.
At the outset of the meeting, the Industries Minister handed over the GI certificates of Tangail sarees of the Design and Trademark Division of the Industries Ministry, Amrit Sagar Banana of Narsingdi and Rosogolla of Gopalganj and the sarees of Tangail to the Prime Minister.
The prime minister also unveiled the cover of a book of poems written by Science and Technology Minister Architect Yeafesh Osman.
