18 lakh 65 thousand candidates are appearing for the 18th teacher registration preliminary examination.

The examination will be held on Friday (March 15) in the centers of all the divisional cities of the country. School-2 and school level exams will be held in the morning and college level exams in the afternoon.

It is mentioned here that the 18th teacher registration notification was published on November 4. According to the information in the notification, the candidates will have to take part in the Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) exam of 100 marks in the preliminary. In this step Bengali, English, Maths and General knowledge 25 each total 100 marks. Pass number is 40.

Each question will be worth 1, 0.25 marks will be deducted for wrong answers. Pass Marks in Preliminary Exam 40%. Preliminary examination of the candidates will be conducted in three stages i.e. school stage, school stage-2 and college stage in separate papers.

In the written examination, the candidates will have to take the test on the prescribed self-subjects. Through this registration, the candidates will get job opportunities as teachers in various educational institutions belonging to private MPOs.

Instructions for Candidates

The center name of the candidate will be mentioned in the exam admit card. Black ballpoint pen should be brought to the examination hall. No mobile phones, scientific calculators or electronic devices of any kind can be carried into the center.
