After OSD, Lalmonirhat District Administration Executive Magistrate Tapashi Tabassum Urmi has been temporarily suspended.
This information was informed in the notification issued by the Ministry of Public Administration on Monday (October 7).
Apart from dismissal, disciplinary action is pending against her, the notification said.
Before this, Urmi was made OSD following her controversial post against the Chief Adviser of the interim government Dr. Muhammad Yunus on Facebook.
Executive Magistrate Tapashi Tabassum Urmi wrote in this post on social media Facebook, "The chief advisor of the constitutionally baseless interim government said that the reset button has been pushed. The past is erased. He deleted all the past history of the country by clicking the reset button. So easy! The countdown has begun for you, sir.
Later, when asked about the status, Urmi said on the phone, "I have posted, that's enough." I did only me. Transfer can happen for various reasons. I do not want to comment on this.
