The newly appointed Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) ASM Md. Nasir Uddin has pledged to give the nation transparent, impartial and acceptable elections.
He made this promise to journalists after taking oath on Sunday (November 24) afternoon.
CEC Nasir Uddin said that the commission is committed to giving the nation free and fair elections with the cooperation of everyone. The Election Commission will work to implement the demands of political parties.
