The white paper on looting in the financial sector will be handed over to the chief adviser of the interim government on December 1. And the white paper will be unveiled on the website on December 2, said Dr. Debapriya Bhattacharya, head of the white paper preparation committee.
He gave this information at a program organized on the recent economic situation at the Economic Reporters Forum (ERF) auditorium, an organization of journalists working on economics, in Paltan, the capital, on Thursday (November 28).
Debapriya Bhattacharya, Honorary Fellow of CPD, said that the interim government will present the list of looting in the financial sector next Monday (December 2). The day before that, the white paper preparation committee will hand over the final report on the financial sector to the chief adviser.

The White Paper Preparation Committee in the Financial Sector has prepared a report in this regard after three months of discussions, reviews, data collection and verification with concerned individuals and institutions including secretaries, businessmen and citizens.
Earlier, a 12-member White Paper Preparation Committee was formed on August 28 under the leadership of economist Dr. Debapriya Bhattacharya to highlight the overall economic situation of the country. It is reviewing the sector-wise situation as well as the macro-economic situation.
