Dhaka (Barta24.com): Prime Minister (PM) Sheikh Hasina has given five guidelines in implementing the projects approved in the Executive Committee of National Economic Council (ECNEC). On Tuesday (April 30) she gave these guidelines in a meeting of ECNEC held at ECNEC conference room of Sher- e-Bangla Nagar.
The guidelines of the Prime Minister are as follows:-
A) The project work must be completed in time.
B) The land must be prominently marked on the places the pipe line for gas locates so that it is not damaged.
C) No go -down shall remain in old Dhaka. The businessmen of old Dhaka shall have to be given the allotment of land in the proposed BISIC chemical go- down. Attention must be given so that this land is not used in any other purpose. The allotment should not be made more than required.
D) There must be such education system so that the children can learn through playing. Emphasis shall have to be given on technical and professional learning. Necessary arrangement shall be made so that the students of all departments can take technical and professional training quickly.
E) The government building shall be made open allowing easy air flow. The minimum use of air conditioner (AC) shall have to be ensured.
