Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina returned to the capital after a ten day official visit to the United Kingdom(UK). A special VVIP flight of Biman carrying the Prime Minister and her entourage touched Hazrat Shahzalal International Airport at 9.55 a.m.
Earlier the Prime Minister left Heathrow International Airport at 6 p.m. local time (11 p.m. BST) on Friday (May 10).
She was seen off at the airport by Bangladesh High Commissioner to UK Syeda Muna Tasnim.
On last May 1 the Prime Minister and the Awami League chief left Dhaka for UK on a ten day official visit. On last Thursday (May 9) Sheikh Hasina attended a view exchange meeting arranged at Hotel Taj.
