Faridpur,(Barta24.com): A daylong children's cultural and drama festival was inaugurated on Monday morning(July 8) at local shishu academy auditorium.
Deputy Commissioner(DC) Atul Sarkar inaugurated the festival as the chief guest.
DC in his speech stressed the need for ensuring study of the children along with the cultural and physical persuits to be a complete man. He also urged upon the guardians to take close care of their wards so that they are not misled.
The function chaired by ADC(Gen) Rokhsana Rahman while it was addressed by pourashava Mayor Sk. Mahatab Ali Methu, Additional Police Super Jamal Pasha and District Awami League president Advocate Subal Saha.
