At least ten people killed and three others injured while a train hit a bridal microbus on level-crossing at Salap area of Ullahpara Upazila of Sirajganj.
Ullahpara police station Officer-in-Charge Kaushik Ahmed confirmed barta24.com about the accident.
The newly married couple also died in the spot.
According to police and local sources, the accident occurred around 6.45pm.
As soon as the bridal microbus carrying newly married couple reached the level-crossing near Salap area, Dhaka-bound Padma Express, collided with the microbus.
The nine victims were killed on the spot.
Only the 25-year-old groom, Razan, and the 20-year-old bride, Sumaiya Khatun, have so far been identified.
