Referring to the killing of BUET student Abrar Fahad, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has said those who committed crimes will be punished. Because, criminals are criminals, I don't consider who belongs to Chhatra League or who belong to Awami League in this case.
The Prime Minister was responding a journalist's question regarding the incident in BUET at the press conference held at Ganabhaban on Wednesday.
Sheikh Hasina, who is also the president of Awami League said immediately after hearing the incident, I asked Chhatra League to take action against those involved. I told the police to arrest them.
"No offender will be spared. If anyone commits a crime, I do not see which party they belong to,” she said.
