A High court bench has cancelled bail for IG Navigation director Syed Mozaffar Hossainin the case of embezzlement of TK141 crore of Basic Bank.
HC bench of Justice Md Nazrul Islam Talukderand Justice KM Hafizul Alam made the order on Thursday (October 17).
Lawyer AKM Fazlul Haque represented Anti-corruption Commission (ACC), prosecutors Deputy Attorney General AKM Aminuddin Manik and Assistant Attorney General Helena Begum the state party and Lawyer Redwan Ahmed the defendant in the hearing.
