Three leaders of Rangpur city unit of Chhatra League have been suspended from the organization for violating discipline.
The suspended leaders are the unit's general secretary Sheikh Asif, vice-president Nayan Mahmud Biplob and joint general secretary Azizul Islam, according to a notification signed by the acting president and general secretary of the central committee of Chhatra League issued on Sunday (October 27).
The decision of the suspension came following the scuffle in a meeting of Rangpur city Awami League held on Saturday last, which Chhatra League Rangpur city unity was blamed for.
