The body of former Mayor of undivided Dhaka City Corporation, former minister and a valiant freedom fighter Sadeq Hossain Khoka will reach Dhaka on Thursday (Nov. 7) at 8.10 mornings by a flight of Emeritus Airlines.
On Monday (Nov. 4) night at 11 pm press wing member of BNP chairperson Shairul Kabir Khan has confirmed this information of Khoka’s dead body arrival. He said that his whole family will also return on that day with his body.
Sadeq Hossain Khoka breathed his last after prolonged illness from kidney cancer at New York time 2-50 am and on Monday 1.50 pm Bangladesh time (Innah lillahi Wah Inna Ilaihi Rajiun).
Cancer attacked Khoka was under treatment at Memorial Slowen Catering Cancer Institute in New York.
This BNP leader was elected law maker from Dhaka -7 thrice and became minister for two times. He was elected Mayor of undivided Dhaka City from 2002 – 2011 period.
