Finance Minister AHM Mostofa Kamal, his wife Kashmeri Kamal and his daughter Kashfi Kamal have deposited Taka 7 crore 6 lakh 78 thousand 956 as income tax for the 2018-19 financial year.
On Thursday (Nov.14) in the tax fair at Dhaka Officers Club arranged by National Board of Revenue (NBR) he deposited the sum.
The valuation of the minister’s family asset is Taka 221 crore 75 lakh 29 thousand 806.
His family’s taxable income is equivalent to Taka 19 crore 55 lakh 92 thousand 154.
