The absence of Raushan Ershad in the Jatiya Party(JP) Council has raised many questions. Some said about her physical illness, and others wanted to say that she is not satisfied with the newly created post of chief patron.

Regarding Raushan's absence, a Presidium member who is close to Rausan said, "As far as I know, she was not invited to attend properly in the council."
Asked what Raushon's reaction to being the chief patron, the Presidium member said, "I still don't know."
