Dr. Munaj Ahmed Noor, vice-chancellor of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Digital University has inaugurated the 'My BDU' mobile app for the students. Through this app, BDU students will be able to take various opportunities of the university through digital process, including registration, results, examination routine, LMS, travel fare, photocopies.
The mobile app was inaugurated on January on Wednesday (Jan.29) at the academic building of the University of Kaliakoir in Gazipur. Vice Chancellor Prof Dr. Munaj Ahmed also exchanged greetings with the new students on the same occasion. Munaj Ahmed Noor. He urged the students to be ready newly admitted students calling them to be ready for the fourth industrial revolution.
The vice-chancellor handed over a gift box among the new comers of 2019-20 sessions containing the book ‘Unfinished autobiography of the Father of the Nation, Diary of the prison, Rewriting of Unfinished autobiography written by Dr. Harun ar Rashid, a digital ID card, an e-mail ID, scientific calculator, 32 GB pen drive, a virtual machine and a university cloud server for each student in the university's own domain.
Registrar of the University (acting) Md. Ashraf Uddin, Professor. Aktaruzzaman, Senior System Analyst Muhammad Shahinul Kabir, teachers, students, officials and staff of the university were present.
