A special flight of Bangladesh Biman has left for Dhaka from Wuhan of China with 361 Bangladeshis trapped there in Coronavirus.
On Saturday (Feb. 1), at 9:10 am local time, Bangladesh Biman’s Boeing 777-00 aircraft made its way to the country.
Confirming the matter, Capt. AHM Touhid-ul Ahsan, director of the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, said all preparations were made at the airport to receive the returnee Bangladeshis.
The Bangladeshis returnees from the airport will be taken first to Ashokona Hajj camp. They will stay there for 14 days. During this time they will not be able to meet anyone, including family members.
It is to be mentioned here that a Boeing 777-300 aircraft left for China on Friday (Jan. 31) at 5.10 pm to bring back Bangladeshis who were trapped there.
