For the first time the total casting of vote is being going on in DSCC and DNCC election through EVM. Though there was hot discussion surrounding EVM but now it appears that the voters are casting their votes very comfortably.
On Saturday (Feb.1) at 8 a.m. voting has begun in DSCC and DNCC polling areas while it will continue till 4 pm.
