Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said, We want to reach development in every village. No village will remain neglected. The people of the village will get all urban facilities. We want to decorate our village as planned.
She was addressing the graduation ceremony of local and foreign military officers completing the Commandant, Military Command and Staff College (DSCSC) course (2019-2020) at Sheikh Hasina Complex at Mirpur Cantonment on Sunday (Feb. 9).
The Prime Minister said Bangladesh is now a digital Bangladesh. We will reach broadband in every union. We launched Bangabandhu Satellite-1, the foundation of which was laid by Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
We have declared zero tolerance policy against drugs, terrorism, militancy and corruption, she said. The drives against corruption, drugs, terrorism will continue.
125 officers of the Bangladesh Army, 34 officers of Navy and 22 officers of Air Force respectively graduated this year. Besides, 54 officers of 21 countries completed the graduation. The Prime Minister handed over certificates to them.
