Local people's representative Makshudul Alam Khandaker Khorshed has been burying people who died of Covid-19 disease in Narayanganj area on his own initiative since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic. He is the Councilor of ward number13 of Narayanganj City Corporation (NCC). His team called Team Khorshed-13 has been carrying out all the formalities from bathing to burial of the deceased in accordance with the religious rules.
Many families are afraid of burying the body of a positive person. Team Khorshed-13 has come forward in this situation. The team buried the 89th Corona Positive body on Thursday (June 25). He is Imtiaz Shakil, a close friend of Khorshed. The DGM of the Continental Courier Service was undergoing treatment at the Corona Unit of Dhaka Medical College Hospital.

Meanwhile, Team Khorshed-13 is donating plasma to save the dying patients affected by corona. The 31st and 32nd plasma was given on Thursday (June 25) in the team’s effort. Chaiti, who is undergoing treatment in the ICU of Sajeda Hospital, was given 200 ml 'O' positive plasma. Plasma team coordinator Khandaker Naimul Alam said in collaboration Md. Riaz voluntarily donated free plasma.
