Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has said that BNP-Jamaat has brought the garment workers to the streets to destabilize the country. She said, no matter how much they conspire, their hopes will never be fulfilled.
The prime minister said these things at the meeting of the central executive of Awami League on Thursday (November 9) at 6:30 pm.
Stating that BNP-Jamaat does not believe in democracy, the Prime Minister said, they are committing arson and looting in the name of hartal-blockade. Innocent people are being burned. Action will be taken against those who are involved in this.
Calling upon the countrymen to resist, he said that BNP-Jamaat is systematically trying to destabilize the garment sector.
The head of government said that 70 percent of people still trust the Awami League. Because Awami League is the only real political organization, the rest do not understand anything except murder and conspiracy.
